Foster collaboration and education within the U.S. manufacturing sector.
Empower manufacturers to ally with local community members, educators and teachers, and non-profit organizations advocating for U.S. manufacturing.
Address the U.S. skills gap and position the nation as a global competitive force in the manufacturing sector.
Provide Best Practices for manufacturers to attract, recruit, and retain a more diverse workforce that thrives on innovation and excellence, putting the U.S. at the forefront of global manufacturing.
Connect communities with their manufacturers to establish the next-generation workforce together.
By educating communities about the exciting opportunities within engineering and manufacturing, the Manufacturing Ally Rally aims to close the skills gap and strengthen the U.S. as a global leader in the manufacturing sector.
